At the October 11 Board meeting, the MCJC Board approved several changes in the By-Laws to bring them up to date with the current practices of the Board and community. Before those changes are implemented, they must be made available to the entire community for perusal and comment. So the By-Laws changes have been posted on the MCJC Website.
In the document itself, additions from the current by-laws are in bold face type and deletions from the current by-laws have a strikethrough line over the words.
Comments need to be in writing and should be submitted by December 1 to Raven Deerwater. His email is raven@taxpractitioner.com,. If you cannot or do not want to access the website you can obtain a paper copy by contacting Raven by email or by phone: 937-1099.
The Board will read and discuss all comments at the December 7th Board meeting.
