Dorthy Rubin's Mock Chicken Liver
Yields 4 Cups
Recipe by Debra Rubin
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
- 2 large onions sauted in two Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce or more
- 2 tsp. chicken flavor
- 1/2 raw onion diced
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 10 oz. package of frozen string beans, cooked
- 1 egg hard boiled
- garlic, salt and black pepper
Grind the first seven ingredients in a food processor. Add hard boiled egg. Season to taste.
